A: Please send us the spring drawing or pictures, better also send us the samples, we will provide the best solution ASAP
Q: What needs to confirm before quotation?
A: We need to confirm the spring material, quantity, and quality request before quotation.
Q: Sample and Sample cost
A: We can provide spring samples if we have stock. Delivery costs will be on the customer side.
We will charge 100 USD for one customized compression spring sample, and 200 USD for one customized wire forming products samples, flat wire products need extra tooling costs.
We will return the sample cost back when you place an order.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=20000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=50000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
